They[re sitting on my desktop waiting to get the magic floating hanger treatment plus a resize. If you are impatient you could just flip the women's BCDR in photoshop right to left, and then shorten the sleeves a couple visual inches and you'd be looking at the men's.

If someone was really skilled they might want to do that and change the color to some earth tones to represent the suede....

Damn. Now I want a BCDR, so is there two options for quilting? Diamond and row quilting like the women's BCDR

What's the latest for someone looking to get a jacket but hasn't followed the thread? I searched for about 10, couldn't hit graphr.net/toj (looks down?), and saw a bit about a new BCDR?

BCDR details or pictures haven't been revealed yet, only bits and pieces of info. Two samples of the female version have been shown but nothing for guys.

on hold for a bit. Way too expensive to make. That BCDR is ready to sell, shearling is not.

Can you explain why shearling is so expensive? I know it's not a cheap material, but it always seems like, if anything, it would be a little easier to work with (designs can't be as complicated, at least, so fewer seams). Clearly I don't have a good sense of how shearling works, but is it just a question of the raw cost of skins? Something else?

i cant remember much of the woodyear saga but its a really expensive material. apparently, most of what we see, even in designer brands, is not shearling but wool glued/stitched on suede.

could be wrong..
