I got my Daypack yay!!! I got it this morning and no tracking number. This bag is just amazing, the quality is top notch just what you would expect from TOJ. It's got some weight but I think its because of the thick leather and suede used. The size is just perfect, I could probably fit my 13inch mac, iPad mini, one textbook and a sweater without putting to much weight in the bag.

It's the same size as the first Daypack, what are some of you even talking about.

They might not have owned the previous day pack.

I'm surprised at the lack of TOJ restaurant jokes ie.
Should I get my burger medium or medium rare? I want it pink but not TOO pink...TRUST CHARLY
Should I get cheddar cheese or goat cheese? Well since you got bacon, Drew recommends the goat, but in the end you can go with whichever is your preference...

I'm sorry tho guys really its late.

    Oh man.
Post guy just knocked on my front door holding a huge grey package. Hadn't got tracking for the Daypack but instantly knew that was it.

It is a very nice backpack. I've been using a olive suede backpack from Eastpak for the last year but it obv can't compete with the TOJ. The texture and thickness of the suede stands out and is a lot better than on my other bag. Hardware is sturdy and pops nicely against the black. The leather bottom is a great addition as my Eastpak, which is suede all over, is starting to get dirty and discolored down there. The TOJ is a bit bigger than the other bag, but that is not a bad thing.

One question: is it safe to spray the suede with a water repelling treatment, or would it possibly hurt the material?

Actually I'm wondering if Drew can provide a good Gamjatang soup base recipe.

I have not used on my T3 yet but always spray my suede shoes - the advice I have received is to find a spray with no silicon.

I have used the non-silicon stuff on my good suede shoes for years with no side effects. I do re-apply each year though. No permanent stains yet (though I probably just jinxed it)
