BCDR for sure and probably the CM after seeing Costume Nationals A/W & S/S14 collection.

Then again it's hard to come by an A2 that's as cheap as TOJ's...

Does anyone have pictures of the different colours of horsehides on actual (produced) jackets? It's hard to get an idea of the finished product from the sample colour pictures.

Answers are gonna be based on what people already have, but as I already have 3 leathers and a Harrington, if I had a bunch of extra dough around, I'd get a black suiting ma1 and a suede t-3, maybe in a dark blue or a deep red or burgundy--don't know what's available. 'Course, the new 2013 dr slays; maybe I'd get that in black calf.

Edit: oh and for horsehide pics, I know somebody was selling one a few months ago in the b&s. don't remember what color but check there.

Yeah, BCDR seems to be a special case for production though, other stuff is going out much quicker.

Ah, guess I won't be seeing mine for a while yet. Charly's announcement on March/April orders got my hopes up [IMG]

Also been thinking about the 2013DR in black calf, but the lamb's so nice I almost can't bring myself to stray from it. Then again the sample electric blue DR model looked really tempting too...

I put in my A2 order the week the cutoff was announced. Charly said measurements can be tweaked up until the jacket goes in for manufacturing. Will he tell me when that is or will the next communication just be for shipping?

The lead time should be like 4-5 months -- yours probable won't go to production until later on in that. I'd bet you'll be able to settle your measurements with in 1-2 months, if not 1-2 weeks.

If you know you're ordering, then it's best to just send payment to ensure your place in line, then you can sort out sizing at your own pace from there

I can't decide what to get for my second jacket, I have placed an order for a 2-zip moto in black calf suede.
Was thinking either a grey lamb BCDR or black lamb ribbed collar CWU-45.
I'm not sure that the cwu-45 would work in grey, but I would sort of like to get a different colour for my second jacket.

CWU should be in black, as everyone will tell you. If you don't have black lamb, I would go with that...

I understand you want variety, but the cutoff prompted me to get a black lamb BCDR, with a black lamb CWU already in my closet. I think they'll fill two very different niches in my wardrobe, even though they're both black. Cookie will tell you there is nothing wrong with having all black.

oh yeah i'm like 95% set on the measurements already. i just keep thinking about them lol. it's not like charly has asked for final lockdown measurements so that's what prompted my question.

People love the suede harrington. It probably gets the most comments TBH.

Really wish you could still get a suede harrington. I think it would look amazing in the diesel blue with the red plaid lining.
