1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

It's called "Random health and exercise thoughts" because some people who post there are knowledgeable about health and exercise and possibly had the same problem as I did at some point. It's one thing to ask someone to make a personal decision for you and another to ask advice so I don't see your point.

"What do you guys think?" =/= "make a personal decision."

I think that's pretty much perfect. Are you slouching forward at all in the photo, or is that your natural stance?

Can't really judge length when your sleeves are in your pocket and you're wearing a long tee.

Looks fine to me though from the pic.

I liked the cropped look with bomber style jackets. I'm 6'0 as well and I went with 48 lengths.

I ordered within hours of the window opening, which was Feb 27th if memory and my inbox serve correctly. That would set us up to be coming up on 14 weeks. Should be flowing out soon I imagine.

Random observations after having moved from NorCal to the NYC metro:

    1) I wore my 4-zip moto a lot more regularly than my A-2 while living in California. I find myself wearing the A-2 much more than my moto since moving to the East.

    2) The moto has drawn more comments/compliments overall (esp while living in Cali), but the A-2 has become more my favorite (although it's pretty close).

    3) A few guys have commented on the moto silver zips being flashy or bling, but several women have complimented specifically on the hardware.

    4) NorCal is the ToJ promised land. Almost every day (or at least evening) of the year is perfect for wearing a leather jacket. Sadly in the Northeast, they have to be regulated to the hanger for the next few months. Unless you want to blast the AC and wear them inside. Or order an MA-1 in suiting wool.

    5) Missed out on the A-1 and Chesterfield. Will think twice from now on before sleeping on a potential discontinuation. And on a random note, I was watching Skyfall the other day and noticed Daniel Craig wearing something that looks very similar to the Admiral coat with leather in the back of the collar.

I think it was a Tom Ford piece. I personally preffered the Billy Reid pea-coat in Quantum of Solace, but as others in this very thread have pointed out, it's unlined for some reason. I'm hoping to gavee the funds for a ToJ winter piece this year.
