1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

If you are referring to the blue lamb, it will look something like this (minus the collar):

the lamb there looks a lot darker than i thought it was; i remember seeing it before and thinking it was a lot lighter, which is why i was thinking of going with the dark blue calf instead (saw it here and thought it looked really good)

It depends on the lighting, I would call it a dark to medium blue. The calf is darker, but the lambskin isn't "light" in my opinion.

True all depends on the lighting. Charly advised me that the lamb in navy is darker than the calf.

Blue leather is fucken sick, but i can't wait for the burgundy to come. anyone know what it would look like? If it's anything liek swooc then its winnah.

Hey Drew - any chance of the VTG leathers making a comeback?

How do you guys feel about an olive green lamb moto compared to the brown (silver zips on both)?

I have been back and forth between the two and thought some other opinions may help. I'm typically wearing brown boots, indigo jeans, and a brown messenger. With the brown moto I had thought it may be too much of one color.

Speaking of the VTG, I'm in socal all next week on vacation, and I'm thinking about the VTG being my primary jacket while I'm there. But I'm weighing the deal:

    Pros:
    lots of sun
    good temps for wearing it
    rain unlikely
    i love this thing

    Cons:
it's vacation, and bar stains etc are a possibility
my friends historically do not take care with my stuff.

so those cons will make it hard to just be chill.

Maybe I'm not being Zen enough about this jacket, but TOJ friends, guide me.

^ that jacket is not meant to be babied, the more worn it gets, the better. go for it, those cons are actually pros

If it makes you feel better, I took it on a week-long jaunt through Scotland and the North of England last year - none the worse for wear, and no one has every accused me of being easy on my clothing.

Haha, it's honestly humorous to me that 60s would be cold to some. That would be perfect right now (30-40s these days).

3C in London right now. Good thing I'm still waiting for my jacket, otherwise I'd be freezing my nipples off.
