Not on the CWU. Not sure black is even an option now.

Synth that's my jacket :( though hopefully without the weird and gross.

I recommend you keep it. Longer sleeves are not a problem--with your jacket, the cuffs will stay at your wrists when you're driving or biking. And you definitely don't need to size down in the body measurements.

Ah, the TOJ unofficial site states:

So i asked for standard gunmetal thinking they'd be whatever is in the photo. Hopefully I'm not too late to update Charley, as I think it's silver that I want.

Were you allowed gunmetal hardware? When I ordered my CWU only silver hardware was an option, unless they were just out of it at the time, I ordered about two weeks ago. Didn't really matter to me though, had no preference.

I'd like to emphasize exactly how comfortable this leather is. I find myself wearing it even when I have no cause to since it's so soft. I feel like I'm being swathed in smooth leather drapery.

And for those asking about sizing, I submitted measurements for a MMM cotton rider-esque jacket and then my body measurements. The only change I made to the measurements I got back was to reduce the p2p by .25", a very inconsequential amount.

Turns out I wasn't. I've just emailed Charly about it and he says that I am down for silver hardware as gunmetal is not even an option for A2s or CWU45s.

Yeah not sure why I thought I could size down.
I'm going to try wearing it around the house for a bit to see if arm stacking settles nicer. For whatever reason the large stacks from the front view irk me; makes the sleeves look too big or something. From other views it looks great, camo side fits almost perfect.
