Well.. Yes, I'll take that as a compliment. But it was more of "oh shit!" and having to grab the brakes and almost lay the freaking bike down or plaster myself all over the minivan.* Do that in a car and you at least have airbags, seatbelts, crumple zones, etc. Motorcycles are more of a risk, but goddamn. If I can see you as I come down the street 100m away and you wait until I close/enter the intersection.. it's very irritating.

*this usually happens at least once a week.. good for getting the heart rate up. It's not like I'm doing 60 down 6th, either. For some reason, my commute is congested, but fine until I hit K-Town and then it's complete shit. One day, the odds will catch me and I'll be hitting the pavement. If I ever write a Paperboy style video game where you play a motorcycle rider trying to deliver drugs/money/ToJ to the Yakuza, little old asian ladies in minivans will be one of the 'characters' trying to cut in front of you at random to kill you.

I think That has more to do with learning to drive later in life, man, I'm screaming at Asian drivers in my neighborhood every day but if you go north of boston that exact move is the "Portuguese Pullout" and ive learned to stay the hell away from Haitian drivers in beater camrys. This might come off as racist but I'm trying to take it the other way, it's just people that grew up without cars or following traffic rules learning from driving instructors who've only been driving a year themselves and opened driving schools to make a buck off their lost neighbors

they're sized way differently; a) because the varsity is raglan and the other is set in sleeve, and b) because the leathers are MTM and all you have to do is measure yourself and we can size the jacket perfectly.

I suspect the portuguese pullout is going 3 2 1 and the pullout, without using the mirrors.

Mass drivers are assholes as a fairly general rule but the move is just pulling out into traffic and relying on others to stop, it's a ballsy move but beats waiting for people to let you out, that's a rare occurence

FWIW, my shipping took like 4 days, including a weekend. By the time my tracking number started working it was already in US customs.

    Peacoat today:

The sleeves' length on the coat itself is great, the sleeves' length on the sport shirt underneath is just a bit too long. I wanted to wear them with my Alden #8 Captoe Boots, but it was raining pretty hard today so rain shoes I wore.

Not sure whether to kop a qult 4-zip moto ( yes I know it doesn't really exist but maybe with a little persuasion....), Quilt DR, MDR ...

Coat is nice (thought the color is not for me), outfit is not. But since it has been pouring throughout California, it's understandable that your senses are a bit washed up

Got charcoal/grey flannel trousers any some chocolate colored footwear? (Yes you do lol) [Just throwing random idea out]

Am I the only one that prefers the Chesterfield?
