I would totally order that 4-zip MDR in goatskin if I didn't have the UCR already ...! I hope someone will get it.

Are there any pics of goatskin being used aside from Aeglus?

We've only made one goatskin jacket so far, that one for aeglus. Didn't have any access to goat previously and this new stuff is black and dark brown, which we'd not seen before. It's really nice, same texture and hand as aeglus's goat. Soft and slightly stretchy, but waterproof and slightly tougher seeming than the lamb. It will wear pretty hard without being as stiff and clunky as calf. It also has the really outgoing pebbled goatskin grain like aeglus' jacket, so it's definitely something different...

I mean, this is just a Photoshop, but this pretty much how the goat would look, this is a damn good representation of that. Maybe one more pass through the 'add noise' filter and it'd look just like goat in this pic.

Just out of curiosity Drew, what niche do you envision the T-1 and T-3 to take? You've mentioned before that it's a 3-season jacket and would look good with shorts, but I'm having a hard time picturing something that has such a strong, structured collar (from the pics) gelling with shorts very well. How would you wear it personally?

The collar is very soft, it can skew a bit, lay flatter on one side than the other - this jacket is incredibly laid back. I was talking about wearing it with a buttondown shirt or tee and shorts for the Spring/Summer, roll the cuffs up to show off your wrists. Something like the TOJ slim trousers, cuffed off as shorts at the knee. White pocket tee, for example. Color palette could be like, powder blue, white tee, navy gab shorts.

It's probably about the color of the purple as on the TOJ daypack and the suede/leather varsity, like McDonald's Grimace purple. lol. When we describe colors we try to be pretty accurate.
