3-5 weeks is the average time and is now 4-6 weeks (if you ask, that's what we are gonna tell you), there are people who get things sooner than that, there are people who get things later than that, and there are people who get in mostly within 3-5 weeks, now 4-6 weeks. There are also people who come on here and say it's taking some extended period of time but don't mention that they've ordered something with non-standard details, changed something about the order a month into the queue and basically reset their order, are counting the time when they started ordering but hadn't paid yet, had received something and then sent it back, etc, etc - everything is made one by one and so the experiences are individual.

    In that case, I say get the black QDR;

The red would indeed be nice as a QDR but considering your look, you may even want to consider a black A2 Bomber slimmed down - I'm picturing that in my head, like a real basic look for you with your destroyed jeans and boots, and a tee or something - seems like it'd suit your image. Just throwing that one into the ring.

Gonna have some new leathers eventually, but we've done a lot of the basic styles already so nothing to get apprehensive about, there's more of the same.

The suede T-1 and T-3 would do you nicely I think (T-1 especially) but they're more for summer wear or layering...

Thanks for the response, and for your clarification.

I regret that the posters in this thread interpreted my messages to be antagonistic. It seems that the fanboyism makes for any dissenting voice to be met with boos and jeers. I was merely indicating the discrepancy between the expectation set per your website and your first post, and my current wait time for the dark royal MDR of which I confirmed payment on Jan 2.

Looking forward to receiving the jacket.

Is it possible to get sleeves shortened by a tailor or leather worker? I just got my CM and I guess I messed up the sleeve measurements by an inch or so.

There was about a week off due to Chinese New Year's back in January and then we took a week or so off recently due to sampling when I went to Korea (I came back last week) - so the 'business hours' get a little choppy here and there. Things are always moving, there are shipments going out every week.

oof. blacked-out, ribbed-collar cwu, black a2, red quilted DR, purple suede T1, the list goes on... I would wear a purple t1 with black jeans and white kicks all day. Why am I not more financially established?!!?!?

On a side note - it seems like it would be a good idea for the TOJ team to have a front-page, direct link to "how to measure yourself."

the fit is pretty spot on other than the slightly too long sleeves.

Can you not unzip the sleeve a little bit so that the wrist opens up?

Sleeves might be a tad long but once it breaks in it should look better

Because it's the VTG pattern there is no zipper. It goes about 1/3 of the way down my hand if I don't button the sleeve

I'm 5'8 and my front length is 21 inches. It hits at the top of my jeans actual pocket.

This means the cuffs have snaps.

Edit: Steeze beat me to it.

Is it possible to get them shortened? Any other issues with fit? It's actually a little less fitted than I expected, but it's still fairly slim.

Everything looks good except the sleeve length; take some photos of it unbuttoned.
