^I'm sure it's not really a big deal. Have you ever flipped through magazines like Free & Easy or Lightning? All that vintage stuff looks better with some abuse than fresh off the assembly line and they look great decades later. Anyways most of the best jackets here are the ones that are well worn and lived in like Aeglus' red DR. I know it isn't as delicate as suede but it's still lamb which isn't regarded to be as durable as other leathers. I think the only worry with suede is getting dried out our discolored by the sun. And that won't stop me from wishing for a black suede M-65 :nodding:

Any news on sunglasses/eyewear? I've been wanting to pick up some NDG-1s but I've hesitated on buying them since I'm curious to see the TOJ offerings.

Minor tear on the front of my lamb DR. :fu:

Must have been moving from moving some shit absent-mindedly.

    On the wtb list:

    trousers
    baseball jacket (if it returns)
black flight jacket in goatskin or
    minimal CM

i've had all 3 of set-in sleeve varsity, raglan sleeve varsity, and suede bball jacket

somebody once said the bball jacket was like the big brother of the varsity, and i think that's a pretty apt description. it's like the spiritual successor to the varsity, but more refined and subtly luxe. the varsity is what it is, and it definitely attracts attention, but the bball jacket is a more intriguing piece, ten-fold

here's to hoping it comes back sometime in the future

The suede Bball might come back someday. Needs somebody to push it along I guess, requires some more custom order of the ribbing.

I'd say it's much better than this... :D

It took me forever to find one so clean and alluring and in the exact colorway I wanted.

so i did a quick dip in water with the calf. i know it's super thick so nothing happened much, the sheen is gone, but it def feels better and hangs better imo. here are better fit pics than I had before. In hindsight, for what I wear, a lamb would have sufficed, calf might have been over kill but still am very happy with the jacket. Nothing else I own is even close.

indeed, that polyrock fit looks really good. On that jacket, I do miss the top pockets though.
