I'm ready for round 2
My moto. It's a little lose around the waist, and the arms are a little slim for me. But I love it already (thanks Krishthefish!).
looks like you have a small upper body compared to your legs, and a tight/short moto just doesn't really look appealing imo
What's that multiplier formula for determining relaxed/ slim/ skinny fit from body measurements? Also, when people make sizing mistakes, is it more common to err on the side of too tight or too big? Just sent in measurements for a GDL/UMDR and I'm second-guessing myself like crazy.
if you had to choose, err on too tight, imo.
just a question on the upcoming varsity
will the brad pitt / willy cheesestick colorway be available drew ?
I would err on slightly large if I was you. I have very slim TOJs but my last two are a little more roomy and they're more comfortable, more versatile (can layer something in) and don't really look that different. Skin-tight is not as great as it seems on the internetz.
compare pic1 to 2, it is the camera angle, a retake is needed.
1) Send in measurements
2) Tell them how you want it to fit
3) Send funds
What did you get for answering "Its Great"?
selling the bcdr i just bought from artishard.
It's a killer jacket but my puny shoulders don't quite fill it out.
Whats the usual amount of time it takes the TOJ guys to reply via email?
Ah...thanks. Yeah, I had the same issue with my 48 varsity. I sized up to a stock 50 for the MA-1, but found the chest fits exactly the same. These are really hands-down the coolest jackets I've owned, and despite Drew's occasional, unexplained, spontaneous dick-ishness (!), I really want to toss ToJ some funds with a new purchase -- I'm just way confused about what size I need.
Anyhow, looking good, aeglus.
Doesn't take too long usually. But sometimes emails slip through the crack. If you've been waiting on a reply for a while, then resend it or bump it up.
Nah, nothing serious. 24 hours. Was just wondering.
