My toenail is in the process of falling off from some soccer injuries... I can't really play soccer anymore or I just screw up my toe further.

I can't really run either because of the nail at the moment.

Any advice to speed up the recovery process

I broke my toe last Spring which caused my big toenail to start falling off. I went to see a podiatrist who removed it. It's gross and painful, sorry.

I've had my toenail fall off before from sports injuries. Usually, it took the 2nd time growing back for it to stick permanently. The first time usually would fall off again. I don't think you can speed up a nail growing. I dunno what else is wrong, but i still played sports but would wrap it a bit so it didn't bleed or rub much

Jesus Christ. It seems like it would hurt a bunch. I know that super glue is super for gluing together cuts, particularly the kind made by knives, where bandaids are useless.
