Good luck.

Why are you doing this, btw? Drinking daily is one of the upsides to adult life.

ehh no specific reason, just balancing **** out a bit.

I used to drink 3-4 times a week, that worked well. Daily might be too much, especially since sometimes it feels like I'm drinking nonstop for like 72 hours on the weekend.

I drink often but not very heavy. Usually about 7 days a week. I like to take a couple of days to a week off just to cleanse and balance things out.

Yeah, I hear it must be rough to drink when you're **********.

Day one went fine. Unless the friends make me go out tonight, probably not drinking tonight either, despite a half bottle of bourbon sitting in the kitchen...

mmmmm.... bourbon.

I was knocking back a beer a night for a while until I looked down and found myself some 5-10 lbs heavier. They're damn stubborn about coming off, too, and I've sharply limited myself lately.

Good work. I went a few days without a drop, just recently. Had been feeling run down, so just didn't feel like even a glass of wine with dinner.

I'd stop drinking entirely, but my mother didn't raise a quitter!

I remember a couple years back i quit working out for a couple months, and got into all the fun microbrewed beers...

3 months and like 20 pounds later I had to slow down.

I still drink good beer, but not nearly as much of it.
