TM Lewin return policy

I'm thinking about purchasing a pair of shoes on TM Lewin website but do not know about fit. What has everyone's experience been with the company for returns? Do I have to pay for return shipping or is there a prepaid mailing slip? Is it more of a hassle because it's in the UK?

The website, "USA

If you have a quality issue with the product you are returning, or it is not the product you ordered, you can post the parcel back to us without paying postage. Please complete the returns form on the reverse of your invoice and return it with the goods using the pre-printed label in your parcel.

Please do not send your parcel directly to us in the UK."

So if there is a sizing issue, you'd have to pay for shipping?
