Hello,

I've placed the order over the weekend but I don't see that it has been shipped yet. Will the orders placed before 18th be shipped before the Christmas?

I’m considering a MTO of the 117 Artista loafers in tan hatch grain. I would like a soft square toe and am debating between the Velasquez and Van Gogh last. What is the difference between them? They look the same to me. Is there a difference in fit? Thanks

Just posting on here to ask if they experience the same issue I just experience.

I decided to pull the trigger and purchase from @TLB Mallorca when they had the Black Friday deal.

To make the story shorter I made 2 separate orders. 1st Order was for an Artista Oxford MTO when the deal started.

2 days after before the deal ended I ordered another pair which was an Artista Boot MTO. After several weeks of waiting the orders where shipped in 2 separate shipments.

The 2nd order - Artista Boot I received first, it was amazing and great. A day after I received and picked up the 1st order that was suppose to be the Artista Oxford MTO.

Unfortunately, after opening the box. I saw it was not an Artista Oxford. It was a Artista Chelsea boot in a totally different size (3 sizes bigger) in a different color. The shoes is basically a totally different pair than what I have ordered in all aspects.

Has anyone had this issue before? and how did @TLB Mallorca fix the problem. I have reached out to them and still waiting for any type of resolution in regards to this error. I even verified the order details in my TLB account.

If anyone could provide insight. I understand it is the weekend in Spain just I needed the pair for an important event I will be doing this January.

Based on my communications with Toni I suspect they have their holiday at the moment. He mentioned that if the shoes wouldn't be shipped out before Christmas I could expect a tracking on the 7th of January.
