Folks, has anyone tried their comfort loafers?

https://www.tlbmallorca.com/collections/mens-comfort-shoes

The main reason I'm looking at them is to wear them when I'm travelling and walking 20k+ steps a day.

Most shoes I have are quite hard on my low arches and make my feet extremely sore. Short of wearing running shoes, which are too casual, I was wondering if these might serve as a suitable alternative that will offer significant comfort and support for lots of walking.

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hello hysteria,

I walked last december over 25k steps in London on a saturday last year, visiting Jermyn Street and Savile Row. I had very comfortable shoes, namely dressy full-brogue derbies in black with a studded dainite-sole, which are ideal for the rainy weather we had on that saturday:

The cork insole and the dainite rubber sole are very well cushioning the foot. Hence I was comfortable the whole day without sore feet in the evening. Such derbies and black or brown are nowadays my "Go To" semi-formal shoe when going out, beside chelsea boots. I also have a flatter arch.

Enjoy your sunday and best regards

Thanks for the suggestion.

I have almost no rubber soled shoes - perhaps that's the difference maker?
Although, even my leather white sneakers start to hurt my soles after 4-5 km. I always felt like arch support was the big hindrance with much longer walks when travelling.

@TLB Mallorca, looking to jump on the MTO promotion. I take a 6.5 UK in Carmina Rain last and 6 UK in Meermin Ron last. Currently looking at this shoe:

Given it's a loafer, what would you suggest in terms of sizing?
I'd say 6.5. I wear 7 in rain and 7F in Piccasso, Van Gogh, Goya and Alan. Unless I go for a smaller width, I go a 0.5 bigger depending what type of shoe and with what kind of socks (loafers 7,5E vs chelsea boots 7F)

Has anyone ordered split sizes from TLB made to order? E.g. left shoe 8.5 and right shoe 8. I have asked Toni on email three times and he keeps not answering the question in his response. I think it may be a language barrier problem. I’ve been emailing back and forth about sizing the past few days and now it’s the last day for the MTO sale. I don’t think I’ll get a response until tomorrow.

Also if anyone has info on Madison last sizing I’d be glad to hear it.

I placed an order during the MTO sale and asked for two different width shoes. I added a lot in the notes and emailed Toni some additional notes to confirm. He replied quickly and confirmed my requests. You could try that?

My fellow size UK 8 to 8.5s or around thereabouts… how wide are your feet and what width do you get? Both my feet are 106mm wide and Toni suggested a G width Madison last. I’m just a little concerned the boots will be too wide as I’m getting Chelsea’s so they need to be a little snug

Someone here that owns a pair of burgundy Vegano and is willing to share some pictures in various lighting?
How about a video? I show my Adelaide in burgundy here. Then again here.

In my mind, when I'm putting together what I'm planning to wear and it includes these, theyre always redder for some reason. Then I take them out of the box and they're truly more of an oxblood (darker) in all but the brightest light. In my videos they were under bright light.

Here they look a bit truer. Hope this helps.

Thank you! I did already see another video from you.

Currently talking with Toni (I assume) to get my size right, still a bit hesitant since I appearantly size up to accomodate for wider feet which usually results in me have a painful pinky toe (i.e. wearing meermin hiro 11.5 whereas Toni suggests a size 10 on G)

Next dilemma is whether burgundy is the right choice for me. Depending on the picture I really love the colour or think they are a bit too red for me. Since these are going to be my first expensive pair I do want it to be a versatile pair.

On this pic they look like a really dark deep red which I love and seems more versatile to me. Whereas on your video they are pretty red. Also it seems like the 110 is not offered at the website of TLB but is for sale by Skolyx.

Yes, mine were filmed under bright light so they appear more red. The austerity brogues are only available from Skolyx rtw.

Revisiting this thread led me to ordering 2 more pairs. Thanks
