TLB Artista shoes after a weeks wear. As you can see they polish up beautifully (Saphir polish). And the vamp is not showing much creasing and they are super comfortable (my feet are pretty normal). I scratched the left toe cap in the car but think it will polish out ok (it's not deep). So far, a great investment!

I've got to say I've been super impressed with them so far. The fit is slimmer than most standard shoe and they feel like a lot of thought has gone into them. The Artista range are the only shoes my girlfriend notices!

This is the model...

The other pair I invested in were these.... I find these slicker, more eye catching, and they are lovely to wear. I've still not yet worked out how to shine the toes but feather it into the rest of the shoe!

They look great but not really dark brown...how would you describe the color?

Good point. They are a dark brown but with a bit of burgundy which gives it a stronger colour. I think TLB do a burgundy colour really well.

Thanks! I’m just hoping they’ll add a true really dark brown plain cap toe to the artista range soon...

I think the light in the pictures makes it look lighter and more red than it is in most lightning (same with the burgundy spevial adelaide which is very bright in the pics above). Here’s another example of the same leather (although as always there is variations between hides and batches).

We discussed doing the regular plain cap toe in Vegano dark brown, but decided to only go with the balmoral plain cap toe version for the launch range. Maybe it will be added a dark brown regular version as well later on.

Yes I think you are spot on. I've bought shoes online that looked quite different from pic online.

really stunning, I have a pair of TLB's on the Alan last which fit me perfect, I am considering the Artista line, but am wondering about the fit, have you compared these to the Alan last?

Thanks! Yes, and it's very similar, almost everyone wears the same size in Alan (or the other regular TLB lasts) as the two Artista lasts. Only for the loafer last that some size down.

Thanks, I really like the look of that city sole, looks like it will really last a while.

Hello all. First time poster. Just received these in the mail today, from the TLB Artista collection. Not the slacks I would normally wear with them, but what I had on when I got home and wanted to try them on for size.

I am a 9.5 in most US shoes, although a 9EE in the AE 65 last. These are a UK 8.5 and fit very nicely. Very comfortable out of the box and the leather is very soft. Plan to wear them tomorrow.
