In today's WSJ (p. D1) there is an article on a security breach of the parent company to TJ Maxx and Marshall's.



Since many forum members seem to shop here, it might be worth your while to research this issue.

Check your statements. Credit card companies will reverse any fraudulent charges.

Damn! Were there lots of unauthorized charges on your card?

No, none at all, I hope. My card provider is apparently having folks who might be at risk cancel their cards as a security precaution. I'll have to check my statement later tonight.

This is going to play the devil with my outstanding Jantzen order. Not sure what to do about that.

When I first got the message from my card provider, I thought a red flag might have gone off because of the spending spree I've been on lately.
