I have timberland boot company chukkas, I like them a lot and have gotten a lot of compliments on them from people who would never dare compliment me on them if they knew were made by timberland. The boat chukkas above on the other hand are hideous.

I like em, if you would have said they were quoddy's I think you would have gotten a different reaction.

The exposed contrast stitching around the toe cheapens what would other be a solid, minimal work boot. Even though I think is meant for the boat shoe connoisseur.
