Can someone help me with this? I dont know what colour of tie i should wear my girlfriend didnt let me to wear navi blue/dark blue tie so what should i wear for the tie?

Charcoal suit + light blue shirt + navy blue tie is fine IMO, but if your girlfriend vetoed that, you can try a burgundy tie or a grey glen plaid.

Yes Burgundy with a bit of pattern would be good, not stripes.

As I said, I hope you find a better fitted suit jacket. The tightness/chest size is fine, it's just the length.
