Hi there!

I need some advice regarding tie and pocketsquare color for a party I'm attending (nothing too formal)...

Tux: Midnight Blue
Shirt: White
Socks: Navy
Shoes: Brown (darkish)

I'm going for a skinny tie... I was thinking black, but not sure because the shoes are brown.. Some people seem to think that's a big no-no, others think it's not that much of a big deal. Then I was thinking silver, but I want it to pop more against the white shirt. Maybe navy? But then I'm thinking maybe that's too much navy..
The obvious answer I guess is to wear black shoes instead, but I recently got these amazing brown shoes that I'm excited to wear with the midnight blue tux..

So I'm kind of swaying towards the skinny black tie, with a silver pocket square...?

It's a head-scratcher, any advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks in advance, and happy holidays!
