This may seem like just a silly little question but... I need some input about how low my tie should go. Â I've been going by the rule of having the tip end between right above the belt buckle to mid-buckle. Â Recently, though, I've been told that most "young professionals" leave their ties to roughly 1 cm below the buckle. What do you guys think? Â Any inputs would be greatly appreciated. The tie should always end somewhere before the trouser zipper begins. But never end it above the waistline. Wearing it a little bit too long is preferable to having shirt show under it. Much less noticeable, too.

    Peace,
