Tie Crafters

Hi all,

I did use the search function to find recent posts commenting as to Tie Crafters current status but couldn't find definitive answers...

I have two ties that could do with cleaning/re-lining. I tried e-mailing both of their addresses (info and customer services) but both were rejected as though the addresses do not exist. Are they still in business?

Also, I am from the UK - anyone from this side of the pond dealt with them and how did you pay?

Also open to UK based alternatives if anyone knows any.

I'm not sure. I haven't used their service before. Maybe their email system is down or doing maintenance. I would try calling them to verify. If their phones are down, chances are the business is closed/renovating/moving...etc.
