Last week I stumbled upon this double-breasted pinstripe suit and bought it on a whim.
Made to measure by a Hong Kong tailor for a Mr. Robert Hill, (he left a stack of his business cards in a pocket), and it came with two pairs of trousers.

Anyway, given that the sleeves would need to be slightly shortened and the trouser waist taken in, I'm just looking for advice on how it fits in the shoulders, to decide if this is worth spending money on.

Shoulder measurement is 19.5", and I've just taken a tape measure to a selection of my other suits and jackets, and most of them are 19", with one or two going to 19.5. To my eye, the shoulders are just a hair too wide, but I'm wondering if most people would even notice this.

Also, even though double-breasted suits seem to have longer jackets, and I'd probably get away with it as is, I think this one needs shortening by about an inch.
