Thrift store leather coat - Can I do anything with this?

I picked this up because it was too cheap not too. I like the overall shape and it fits me very well, but the pockets and the color turn me off. Should I:

1. Wear it as is?
2. Dye it black and wear it?
3. Sell it/eBay/give it away?

I know little or nothing about leather coats.

I like it, I'd wear it. What size is it?

44. I'm 6'2 and it's long enough for me.

I don't agree with Homer here. I think it would look nice with some jeans. But dying it black is a horrible idea.

Maybe you can have the horizontal pockets stitched closed. It would look better without them.

^ +1. Given that you've already purchased it, just keep it as is and enjoy it. The color might grow on you. I think it's much better than black, myself.

Has a 70s vibe.

Turtleneck, boot cut jeans, boots.

Some kind of hat. Porkpie? not sure.

Don't dye it.

Either love it or leave it alone.

I like it, I just have to figure out what it works with. Unfortunately I cant create an outfit FOR the coat, as the coat will come off as soon as I arrive at my destination. So, I have to find some current outfits that it works with.

I've decided to put it on eBay and see what I get, and if it's not a lot I'll keep it. Either with a reserve or a decent starting bid.
