I'll be in Phoenix next week traveling on business, staying in Scottsdale, but have a rental car so I can get around town pretty easily. Probably won't be much (if any) time for shopping, but suggestions on restaurants and evening entertainment would be ideal.

Thanks gents.

You won't have much reason to leave Scottsdale, since all the good restaurants and clubs are packed into the north part of Scottsdale. Mill Avenue in Tempe (right next to Arizona St.) used to be cool, but it's more like an outdoor mall now.

I hope you golf, because there's not much else to do around there.

I don't know their schedules, but you could catch an NBA or NHL game.
