1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

Not for a first tweed coat perhaps, but as a FU piece...

I think it's gorgeous. Not for me, since I'm kinda shrimpy and must beware Dreaded PeeWee Herman Syndrome, but if you're a bigger guy and/or wanting to make a bit of a play, it could rock.

+Roger; maybe not for a first tweed.

For women, the coat it looks attractive. On men, not really.

Perhaps because seeing the tweed on a woman "primes" you into thinking it's a women's fabric only. In the UK, loud colours on tweed are part of the establishment, really. Case in point:

Examples? I know Scottie Derby has something similar, but not really to my taste.

I am anxious to hear any recommendations for tweed coats. Specifically, I'm looking for a tweed overcoat.

    Suggestions?

    There's a reason it's on a woman.
