Thoughts on these BB Boots?

The term "clodhopper" comes to mind. I don't like them.

Yuk. The clunkiness and extraneous detail do nothing for the boot. Compare those:

Not really a fair comparison, in terms of pricing, but the simplicity of styling makes all the difference.

Not my style, but it's a well made boot and a good buy at that price.

Thanks for the replies... hard for me to tell if I like them exactly from the picture, but don't appear to be getting much love. I guess that's why they are on clearance for 60% off list with pretty much every size in stock.

I don't like the toe of that boot at all. Especially when put side to side with Doc's example.

After seeing what else they have on clearance, this is my reaction:

Good gawds, look at those tan suede wing-tips! Or if it's boots you must have, the ankle strap boots. Both are absolutely beautiful. And cheap as chips from their original price (hell just plain cheap).
