I saw these in a shop the other day. They're not any better in person than in the picture. I love my Allen-Edmonds Lexingtons and they make a great shoe, but sometimes, well, they shouldn't have.

Not my cup of tea. I give them points for trying to be different, and they are a well-regarded company.

I am not a fan of having holes in my shoes. (maybe I am too boring). I like the design on the toe, as it looks simple and elegant. I don't like the design on the sides - looks confusing to me. But then again... I do not know too much about shoes. As a matter of fact yesterday I received my first AE shoes (Leeds, shell cordovan), and I am extremely happy with them. Waiting for the snow to melt to take them out.

I like many AE models, but not this one.  About as good an idea in concept and execution as Michael Jordan playing baseball.
