Can the luminor models be dressed up enought to wear with a suit?

I always have a hard time wearing mine with a suit as I find it just too bulky... I have the 44mm and I'm a big guy, but I find it doesn't work for me. I like slimmer watches with a suit.

I can't get my 312 to fit under a buttoned cuff so I just leave the cuff button undone on that sleeve... Barrel cuffs only though. As for dressing it up, a black croc strap usually does wonders.

I find it too big to wear with casual clothes, let alone a suit. Its like Christina Hendricks, a little too big for most men

Ive had about a dozen over the years, wore em with a suit 60% of the time...its tough, but not impossible. Personally now I like a smaller (but not too small) watch. My GMT IIc fits the bill pretty well.

It's a nice watch, but not a dress watch.

I wear mine with everything as well - I think as long as you are not a little dainty guy it will look just fine.

Never been interested in oversized things, be it boobs or watches. FWIW, I also think that a IWC Portugese 7 days doesnt look good with a suit.

Not a dress watch, but I wear both of mine with a suit (a 40mm on a bracelet and a 44mm on a croc strap). That said, too large to fit under a shirt cuff unless you go costume. I have Joe make my left cuff larger to fit my over-sized watches.

Wearing my Port Auto with a suit today. Had to make the left cuff of my shirt over an inch larger than my right to accomodate it. It really doesn't look that big, and I have 7" wrists.
