Hi Styleforum,

I just recently bought a size 40R (USA) Hugo Boss Slim fit leather jacket. This was the only size they had left, and I don't know if it looks good on me or if it is too big. I am between chest size of 38 1/2 - 39. How does it look overall? How about the length of the sleeves? I am excited to hear y'all's opinion. Thank you very much!

Sorry....I can’t help but notice your fly is undone. Perhaps closing it will clear your head regarding the confusion....;-)

I think it fits pretty well. The sleeves are a tad long except for the fact that it’s a motorcycle jacket and cut that way. Perhaps try zipping the sleeves (after you’ve done your fly of course) and she if that changes anything.

fit looks good. Sleeve length is fine - it's a jacket, not a suit coat. As long as it's comfortable to wear, they're not inappropriately long. It's not too big in the body either. Some people prefer form-fitting but I think that looks bad in a leather jacket. You don't want inches of space but you have to be able to move arms comfortably with the jacket zipped.

Haha, yeah, it was a long day. I appreciate the heads up in reminding me of my zipper. Thank you for your input and help on the jacket by the way. I like it as well.
