Ordered some things a couple weeks ago and they arrived this weekend. Though i've been happy with their stuff in the past, this shipment was a joke:

I ordered these boots in an 11.5 and they sent size 11. I'm not an expert on shoe construction but they feel very flimsy and much lighter than other boots i've owned in a similar style. Still, I would probably have kept them if they were actually constructed to fit a human's foot. Look at this ****:

See how much excess is there? When laced up the two pieces overlap significantly. The shoe is not wide at all, in fact the width is uncomfortable for me at this size - I guess they designed this shoe for someone with skinny feet and massive cankles.

I also ordered the sweater shown like this on their website:

And here's what I got, same product # and everything:

Now I finally know who buys the **** with pot leaves on it - it's me.

In their defense, they are refunding me in full for both items including shipping. And the toggle jacket I got in the same shipment is actually pretty nice, so not all love is lost.

Haha, those boots are the funniest thing I've seen in a long time. That's some pretty neat construction right there.

When i saw the pics though, i was thinking that they might have been made to be unlaced and loose at the top, and the extra leather adds to that unkempt look. Just a thought
