You're absolutely right. All my colleagues were 6' 2". Minimum. Commanders of the stratosphere, so to speak. Sorry to break it to ya, chum, but at 5'9" you weren't hired by a top-calibre consultancy. You needed those shoes before you started interviewing. Unhappily ever after your CV will be tarnished by stigma of the middling "shorty" consultancy. Diminished height = diminished prospects.
