Thomas Pink MTM Custom Shirts Question

I received two gift certificates to Thomas Pink for their made to order shirt service in New York. I know now from reading SF that there are better bangs for your buck out there but since they were gifts I'll just have to use them for now. I know their RTW shirts use plastic buttons but does anyone know if they use MOP buttons on their MTM "Personally Pink" shirts? If no, can you request them for an extra charge? And if yes, how much? Please let me know, thanks.
