Thom Browne says he is NOT close to bankruptcy

If TB was on the verge of bankruptcy, would he actually tell employees at his stores? Any rationale person would insist that their business is doing well regardless of whether or not they're going bankrupt. If he's doing badly, this may be an attempt to try and get a slightly better deal if he sells.

Indeed, saying he isn't going under is a sure sign that he probably is. etc etc etc.

I'm not sure what purpose threads like this serve, other than to whet the vultures' appetites...

LOL as opposed to what? saying his IS going under.....which is a sure'r' sign he's going under

I'm not a Thom Browne fan, hell i cant even spell his name without looking at the topic title, but I wish him to stay afloat, whether you guys agree with it or not, he's important to the fashion industry and helps promote a high end lifestyle and dressing well. From what i understand he works his way up the ranks of fashion, which i can respect.
