Why do I see so many of these headings under websites through google search?

Weird, I just clicked on styleforum.net...and got kicked out with a google ban. WTH is going on?

i think a lot of php boards are getting hit with this. was searching another forum with google and got the same thing. it's annoying as hell.

It was all sites earlier this morning, even google.com.
