Looks Dior Homme-ish to me.
If you find the article in the magazine, it will probably tell you in the same format as the English one, even though it is in French. Meaning, probably there will be a little text box at the bottom or side with which brand each item is. Just look for "Blouson."

Juicy Couture has a really nice jacket that is similar to that for way less but I can't find it anywhere. It was in the December GQ if anybody knows what I'm talking about. Here's a link to it but they only have it in an XL. damn.

H&M sells a bunch of different leather jackets like the dior ones. They pop up on ebay and superfuture's market every once in awhile.

A decent rule of thumb is that if it is on the cover of Vogue with a celebrity in it, it's probably going to be expensive.

In any case, I agree with the suggestion of Zara and H&M. They basically recreate the hottest styles off the runway at lower price points. Obviously, the styling and quality and styling won't be so great, but they will probably be less than 1/10 the price.
