What did ma and pa do with the kids on little house on the prairie when they wanted to stack privates? Really anyone family in a 300 sq ft house in the prairie circa 1870. Did they just make the kids watch and listen?
Pretty much. It's not like they had walls and doors for privacy.

They had lots of kids too, so you know they ******* every night. Also - ain’t **** else to do on the prairie. Between their parents and the farm animals, these kids were prolly next to PIV 24/7

Life on the prairie was some trash-ass bullshit. Netflix's streaming was probably really ****** in 1878.

Why can I not look at an Instagram feed without seeing some tubby middle aged woman posting pictures of her chubby calves and feet? I continue to be mystified why so many do this.

Selfies tend to mystify me in general. Duck lips? The people that always have their mouths wide open? Bathroom selfies? Seriously, we don't want to see your messy ******* in the mirror.

Youtube "reaction" videos. "Irish vocal teacher reacts to Sober by Tool." "First reaction of teenage black girls listening to Ronnie James Dio." "Old white guy reacts to Pit Bull."

I’m guessing this is one of those things where one YouTuber did a video of this genre that was actually good/funny/entertaining, but it’s something not easily replicable. which inspires a million other stupid videos that fail to capture the magic.

Like there was one I saw that filmed people watching the GoT red wedding, and that was entertaining. But then there’s very little out there that’s as shocking

Or little kids watching the end of Empire Strikes Back for the first time.

Although I feel like the genesis here is more sinister. The earliest really viral spread of reaction videos I can remember was from people recording people watching 2 Girls 1 Cup (and other shock and/or scare videos). That led to a ton of copycats and an expansion of the genre to include things like "8th grader reacts to rotary phone" and "Hip-Hop Head reacts to Rage Against The Machine"....somebody captures a good reaction to something like that and more copycats flood the market.

I do enjoy many of the "Expert Reacts" type of videos where an expert responds to movie/tv clips of the thing they are good at. Saw this one recently

Or GQ did one with Alex Honnold where he comments on stuff like Tom Cruise's climbing scene from Mission Impossible II
