I have a coworker who IMs me to schedule a meeting and asks me if I'm free at given times...

1. How do people not know how to use Outlook to find time on people's calendars?
2. Why do people IM to tell me they're going to schedule a meeting?
3. Why does it then take hours for them to do so?
4. Why do people schedule a meeting to reply to a simple email question?

If you don't mind people just dropping invites/meetings into your calendar, just say....

"Check my calendar and just pop it in!"
