For me it was ******** at my house and not at the office. Poor Company must have been going broke on me.

You go to South East Asia, right? Do they still use that rice paper? That stuff was like wiping your ass with waxed paper.

Not that I have encountered, but admittedly when I am there, I am not living like the majority of the population.

Everywhere I went was bidets or normal tp but it was mostly 4* and above hotels or international corporate offices.

I know the feeling.

It's because of the PiobChair (TM). Everyone remembers the PiobChair.

When I was in SE Asia, a lot of places used a tank of water beside the "toilet" (the construction of which varied very widely) along with a small bucket or ladle. You do your business and then you use the ladle to pour some water over your backside while you wipe the detritus away with your left hand.

As a result, you never use your left hand for eating, pointing, touching people and so on, as it's considered rude.

Yeah now that I think about it, it was probably something Uncle Sam sourced out of Japan or Australia. Only place I ever took a dump was on a base or in the boonies.

Actually, you might be on to something there.

When I was at school in Australia, the toilet paper dispensers in the school toilets only dispensed one, pre-cut sheet at a time and it was made out of thin paper with an almost waxy feel to it - almost like the greaseproof paper that you used to wrap sandwiches in.

It was awful stuff - you had to coax four or five sheets out of the dispenser for each wipe and it still didn't work well. It certainly wasn't soft, strong and absorbent!

It must have been a Commonwealth thing. I went to Britain in 1976, 77, 78 summers, and toilet paper was exactly like @Journeyman describes.
Quite ass friendly, if compared with the extra coarse tp I was used to, but not very effective.

Does toilet paper dispense backwards down under?

Also, the only acceptable way to place TP on a dispenser is the way I do it.

I've watched this a dozen times and cannot, for the life of me, figure out what the dog was thinking. What was his game plan?

I think the plan was sound, but the execution was lacking. He’s gonna have some trouble later by leaving that 7-10 split.

But he did much better than that stupid ass cat, who basically did the equivalent of throwing a gutter ball
