When I was a youngster they sold small bottles of it hardware stores. We called it "rush" because it gave you an intense head rush that would last up to about a minute or so. As I said girls reported it made their no-no spot tingly. I think it vasodilates smooth muscles so that would probably make their vejayjay vasocongest like during sexual arousal. Looks like the Charlotte Bobcats have made their name change official today. (Now they are the Hornets.) I just don't get that "Bobcats" was one of the most beloved names in the whole NBA, right up there with the Rafters.

Why is everyone all of a sudden saying "throwing shade" as if this were the most common idiom in the world? Three months ago I'd never even heard it, but now everyone is saying it.

If this keeps up, I'm going to try to bring back "Here's a quarter, call someone who cares." It doesn't really make sense anymore, but it is still better than "throw shade."
