    Trackballs.

I've been a mouse guy all my life, but now I'm at this workstation that only has a trackball. Am I going to ever be able to place my cursor where I want to ever again, or should I go out and buy a mouse?

I used a trackball for years and loved it, but it was before I was doing a lot of spreadsheeting. I did do some web layout stuff though and it was good for that - there was a level of precision I could achieve that was nice.

It was a huge trackball with thumb-and-forefinger control, like this:

which is different than most trackballs I see on the market. It took a lot of getting used to as well. I think you should probably get a mouse if that's what you're comfortable with. I'm back to a mouse now and have little desire to go back again.

just flip the whole thing over and roll it around like a giant mouse.

The ball is bigger for more precision!

Maybe they were just "asleep at the switch." I've sent them an e-mail to remind them of the eligibility rules and that L.A. Guns satisfies them. I'll keep you updated as events warrant.

All my friends on Facebook be like "I got vacation coming up in a few days c-c-c-can't wait! So much joy for me and mine!"

I don't know about you, but when I was a youngster I was always told "There will be time aplenty for rest when you meet your heavenly reward, but until such time must needs labor." (Dutch Calvinist of upbringing.)

Who wants to be Dutch and Calvinist at the same time?

I can't answer this with authority, but my guess is that Dutch Calvinists probably don't mind being Dutch and Calvinist all at once.

Whenever I hear the word 'Calvinist' I imagine someone who religiously reads Calvin and Hobbes comic strips

Graduate tuition at public universities in NYS is like $2k per class. I thought public schools were supposed to be affordable
