1. And... we're back. You'll notice that all of your images are back as well, as are our beloved emoticons, including the infamous :foo: We have also worked with our server folks and developers to fix the issues that were slowing down the site.

There is still work to be done - the images in existing sigs are not yet linked, for example, and we are working on a way to get the images to load faster - which will improve the performance of the site, especially on the pages with a ton of images, and we will continue to work diligently on that and keep you updated.

    Cheers,

Caucasian/non-Asian guys who are suuuuuper into Asian cultures (particularly Japanese or Korean), to the point where they learn the language, watch the native dramas, almost strictly cook the food, and read anime.

What if you just have Hello Kitty and Charmmy Kitty decals on your car? (I am asking for a friend.)

I have a really good friend like this. I actually find some Koreans who are born here, but suuuuuper into Korea more annoying. Anything you're talking about it is always, "In Korea, blah blah blah". STFU!

Annoying I'm sure, but at least they have some cultural connection to have that interest.

I think there's gotta be some element of yellow fever/asian fetish going on with the white guys who are into it. You rarely ever see women exhibit the same interest/behaviour that are not studying it for some bachelors/graduate degree.

Koreans are, without a doubt, the most annoying of the asians.

The difference is best measured by the Kinsey Scale:

    Air Force - 1
    Army - 3
    Navy - 6

For some reason, I remember playing Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Future Soldier; and one of the characters said "The thing of the Air Force is, you get to sit around all day". The rest of the squad members agreed in unison.

I sort of get befuddled about any sort of cross ethnic/cultural thing like this. I know several Jewish folks that are really into everything Scottish to the point some have kilts.

Maybe if MrG spent less time making defensive posts and more time concentrating on his job he'd find it easier to keep up with the spammers. Just sayin'.

I want to like the above, but I'm afraid of repercussions from MrG.

I think Eason probably falls under the umbrella of creepy loser.
