I've had lots of people ask me questions about scary sounding ingredients on food packaging.

From a relative (knowing that I work, broadly speaking, in politics): "Are most politicians lawyers?"

And this is a pretty well educated guy. Advanced degree from a very good school, good job, ect.

My answer: "Most, but you do have some from other backgrounds. Rush Holt, for example, was a research physicist before coming to Congress".
