I hate those.
Who in their right mind would by ANY Cleveland sports franchise for 1 billion dollars, much less the Cleveland Browns.
Ok for the runners in the studio audience, why are Nike Lunerglide 3+s a faster running shoe than the Lunerglide 4+s?
I swear I'm a half minute faster per KM pace wise in my old shoes compared to my new shoes.
NFL teams make tons of money. The NFL has the best revenue sharing system in professional sports... their system is so good in in fact that its pretty much a successful socialism model.
Oh, that's easy. You've been wearing down the soles of your 3+'s so they become lighter. Wear them long enough and they'll feel like track spikes. Put a few hundred miles in your 4+ and you'll be just as fast.
Okay, true answer - it varies. Sometimes a shoe can be too stiff initially and fight you in the toe-off. It can also be heavier. And the cushioning can be less springy - some updates are complete fails and I'm looking right at the Nike Span 3 (2002) when I say this - it was like running in egg whites. Also: more than just your shoes could be culpable - variances in speed during the training cycle are not at all uncommon.
For instance, 2 1/2 weeks ago I was turning 89 second quarter miles, no problem. Earlier this week I struggled to keep it under 100. Same shoes.
Thomas, I know this isn't the place but I know I'll forget if I don't post it now. What are your running shoe recs for casual runners (say hitting the track 2-3 times a week)?
I thought running shoes are more of a personal preference thing. I find that a pair of Puma Faas 500 very good for me. It is a very cheap pair of shoes compared to all the runners around. I got mine for $40, compared to the $100+ ones from Saucony and Asics and what not.
also that dancing down the aisle schtick while bruno mars' "marry you" is blasting and copied off from glee. fuck.
I hate these stupid videos with Hollywood productions...
Why transforimg an intimate moment into a cirucs act for an ego trip?
How come there's no vuvuzelas to be heard at the Olympic games? - or has China Central TV filtered them out?
They're banned, and thank God for that.
They were bloody awful..
negative. People land on their feet differently therefore need different levels of support from their shoes. You should really consider getting fitted for running shoes it makes a difference, especially in the long run.
Have you ever met a girl you tried to date, but a year to make love she wanted you to wait?
