The missus needs to get a tooth pulled (neither of us has insurance) but does not have money. She has spent about 400 bucks on clothes in the last two months, and is planning to buy more.

^I have pet insurance for my puppy. I even got the zero co-pay because it was only a $15 difference.

I had my cable/internet/phone fixed (its been weird for the last 3 weeks) and always notice this:

when ever the time warner guy pulls up he'll just sit in in his vehicle and do nothing for a good 5-10min. it gets weird because I end up going down to the street, paranoid that he might just take off. This strange waiting in the car for 5-10min has happened with different repairmen on different occasions. I've looked into the car from my window and they don't seem to be updating anything or even on the phone. I end up standing there waiting for them to ******* get out so I can let them into my house.

I don't get why the cable/internet/phone guy sits in his van for 5-10min doing nothing before doing anything.

Is it a front tooth? If she is smart she should get a root canal and leave the tooth intact. Pulling teeth can cause a lot of other problems with teeth shifting and such. It will probably be like $1500-$2000. Put it on a credit card.
