I randomly started receiving a Sports Illustrated subscription to my old address right after I moved. I have no interest in the magazine and have never purchased or subscribed to it before... The USPS will stop forwarding magazines at the end of the month so it will just disappear from my life anyways.

But I just got the Swimsuit Edition in the mail today so I guess I can't really complain.

I will never get why people leave their Venmo transactions public.

I don't get why that's even possible. Why would anyone want that?

I don't get it either and always make mine private, but I have a cousin who seems to be having a contest with his friends to see who can leave the funniest tag on a payment. They're good enough at it that I'm thankful for the feature.

Same here. I ordered new hiking pants for MrsG and me recently, and it went about the same.

I was obsessively tracking mine and opened the package pretty much immediately so I could try them on.

Hers came, and I was the one who opened the package because I was apparently more excited about her gear than she was. Then she forgot for like two days that she'd even gotten them and didn't even try them on until I asked randomly how they fit.

I'm sure this actually reflects poorly on me because I'm investing way too much of my happiness into material goods or something, but HOW DOES SHE NOT GET EXCITED FOR NEW GEAR!?
