Really good in concert and Jeremy was hauntingly prophetic. I also enjoy some of McCreedy's and Gossards' guitar work. Eddie mumbles too much but his voice itself is not bad.

Do real estate agents think that adding "WELCOME HOME!" will actually convince someone to put in an offer?

On the flip side:

Are there actually people that would be convinced by "WELCOME HOME!" in a real estate listing?

(A "yes" to either of these is equally depressing.)

It's just that some people look at home listings but don't think about the idea that the homes listed could become their homes. So saying "welcome home! (with exclamation point)" helps to drive that point into their very small brains.

I liked the billboards for the apartments next to the freeway that say “if you lived here you’d be home by now” to the poor cucks sitting in traffic. Thought that might be super effective

I always thought it was ironic, implying they would be homeless on the freeway.

I make kenji’s hacked mcdonald’s french fries and then fry them in lard.

if i had a source for beef tallow i would definitely give it a spin.
