I'm wondering if there's anything you eat at least once per day, religiously, aside from the norm (a serving of fruit, a protein (chicken, fish) 80 oz of water). Regardless of your daily calorie consumption, is there anything you make sure to eat everyday? For example, I make sure that I have at least...
1 banana
1 cup of Light yogurt
1 Protein drink (35 grams, 2 grams carbs)
I can't remember where I read them, probably some spam e-mails, but I read tha one banana a day does wonders for your something-or-another. The same with the one serving of yogurt.
Any more daily servings that you would recommend?
