I want to add this to my Teddy Bear collection. It's by Huntsman. Except if I go in to get it, they'll start talking coats ... I'll see cloth I like ... and I'll end up in the poor house.

Interesting moment in book collecting: the limited edition market feels very frothy, with feeding frenzies occurring on a daily basis and new releases commanding every higher prices, the top end is now climbing above 5 figures and numerous titles being released in the $5-6K range, and selling out instantly. More than a few of those will be tough to resell for the original price a little ways out.

I'm about to spend a truly scary amount of money on a limited edition book, in the hope that it's a good investment. The guy I'm buying it from is making a sweet instant 100% return on his flip.
